sofi 2025税表名字不对

背景

由于去年玩了一些美卡 sofi给我出了2025的年度（税表 1099-INT and form 1042-S） 里面的名字弄错了 重复了，如：xxx xxx LI 名重叠了

处理办法

联系平台在线客服解决，客服上班时间如下

周一 – 周四

5:00 am PT → 北京时间 20:00（当天晚上8点）
7:00 pm PT → 北京时间 次日 10:00（第二天上午10点）

👉 实际窗口：
北京时间：晚上 8点 ～ 第二天 上午10点

周五 – 周日

5:00 am PT → 北京时间 20:00
5:00 pm PT → 北京时间 次日 8:00

点开在线客服页面，直接说

等待客服接入，然后输入

My name is correct on my profile, but it is incorrect on my tax documents. It appears as “firstname firstname lastname” instead of “ firstname lastname.”

I would like to have the tax forms corrected and reissued with the correct name.

然后等待客服处理，一般会直接修改正确，客服通常回复如下

You’re all set. Both form 1099-INT and form 1042-S have been updated. As stated earlier, simply refresh the documents and it should be done. You may need to log out and back in if simply reloading the page is not sufficient.

此时，跟客服说谢谢，然后重新下载税表就行了

备注：有的客服可能直接发邮件给你新的税表（比重新生成快点）
